Beeld Carmiggelt beschadigd teruggevonden

De politie heeft woensdag restanten aangetroffen van de twee bronzen beelden die in de gemeente Rheden waren gestolen. Het gaat om het beeld van het echtpaar Carmiggelt dat afgelopen maandag werd gestolen en om een bronzen beeld van een paard dat vier dagen eerder vanaf het Ericaplein in Dieren verdween. De vondsten werden gedaan in schuren in Dieren en Doesburg en beide beelden zijn zwaar beschadigd en in stukken gezaagd. De politie heeft drie verdachten opgepakt, twee Doesburgers van 40 en 50 jaar en een 26-jarige man uit Dieren.
